Who Are The Boosters

Dear Friend, We would like to take this opportunity to introduce you to the Milton High School Boosters.

Athletic fees paid by Milton High School families only cover 20% of the annual athletic budget. The Boosters help fund this shortfall so that high school sports are accessible. In 2023 and 2024 Milton Boosters approved funding for some of these items:

Hudi Focus Cameras for game analysis and for athletes to create highlight reels - the reels are vital for college recruitment
Washer and Dryer for the Athletic Office
Milton Coaches Gear
Softball Field camera to record games
Championship Banners, Special Recognition Banners, new Record Boards for Swim & Dive, Track for the MHS Field House
Cheer Gear Backpacks
Hockey Gear Bags
Memorabilia for championship teams
Tennis Gear Bags
National uniforms for Track teams
Girl's Soccer jackets
Volleyball Tandem Sport Block Blaster, spike trainer, coaches box , serving machine

AND….. Scholarship Awards totaling over 13K to 25 MHS Seniors Athletes at the year-end Varsity Celebration. Alert! Parents of Seniors! Family must be a member of Boosters to be eligible for scholarships.

Mission Statement

The mission of the Milton High School Boosters Club is to support and promote our sports teams, to encourage and recognize outstanding scholastic achievement, sportsmanship and character both on and off the field, to contribute to the spirit and enthusiasm of the high school athletes and provide a pathway for positive involvement by the community with Milton High School. 501(c)(3)

The Milton High School Booster Club is a group of parents, volunteers and other interested parties whose mission is to enrich the MHS Athletic community and the community at large by providing financial support and assistance for the Milton High School Athletics. The Booster Club was established as a support to encourage parent participation and to raise funds to enhance and expand the athletic programs that are available to each student at Milton High School. The Booster Club believes strongly that parent involvement during the high school years can be a key to the success of the individual student. The Booster Club shall endeavor to recruit volunteers to support athletic events and shall sponsor fund raising activities to benefit the athletic programs.

The Booster Club recognizes that participation in high school athletics benefits everyone, and the Booster Club promotes opportunity to build and strengthen relationships among all involved; the student body, MHS staff and administration, parents and the community.

what we do

The Boosters raises funds through our Swing For Sports annual event, concession stands sales indoors and at Brooks field, and through memberships. The money raised is then used to offer scholarships for senior student athletes that are continuing on to post-secondary education. It is also used to support teams in obtaining new uniforms and equipment that the Athletic budget and user fees can not support. And an annual banquet to recognize all varsity athletes, individual awards and team successes.
